New (to me) car!! Andy, my sales guy, was kind, helpful and easy to work with... would definitely recommend! I love my new vehicle!! On the day I came to purchase, finance was all ready for me, very friendly, knowledgeable and expedited the process... by the time I was done signing, my vehicle was ready to roll. 5 stars in all these areas. The reason for the 4 star review was Dave, the Sales Manager. I found the vehicle I wanted 5 days before I actually purchased. When it came time to close the deal, his negotiation tactic was offensive and rude. He essentially wanted me to negotiate with myself LOL I could take out a longer term loan, I could put more money down, I could pay more out of pocket or I could leave. So I left. More
