The manager basically made it sound like he was selling me the car at the price of the lower model when in fact it was still the same higher price model. They all need to sell Honda the company more. Tell the customer about Honda and what the benefits are to buying a Honda, like the warranty. Explain it more instead of trying to sell stuff like gap insurance, rim and tire insurance and extended warranties. All they do is manipulate the payment price. It's was done hurried. God bless older folks. The car is great. The place is beautiful. The people are friendly. Sell Honda to the customer. No pressures. My wife previously bought a brand new Subaru and everything was upfront right infront of your eyes. Exact numbers. This was not even close to that. Everything done out of one's view. My own fault. Live and learn. I believe only once in my life did I ever walk out of buying a car like something wasn't pulled over my head. I love the car. I love Honda. I get compliments and I never heard a bad word about a Honda from Honda owners I have met in the last week I have owned the car.
