I took my C8 into the dealership with a challenge they probably have not had before an electrical nightmare. I had my doors done custom lambo style and after a year they had a major fail. Windows wouldn't roll up and down door wouldn't lock radio wouldn't shut off and a couple other lights on the dash magically appeared. This should not happen to a fairly new vehicle but it was my own doing. Brian was amazing as always as a service advisor. I can't remember the technicians name but Jack should be grateful be has someone that skilled. I have bought 6 vehicles so far from this dealership and plan to buy from them in the future. For example, after driving the car at the dealership, we went to another dealership and drove a similar BMW 540i and my wife the drive of the car was not as nice as the one we drove at Benz and Beemer...We called Que and asked if we could drive the car again, however due to our work schedule we didn't have time to return to the dealership. Que drove the car to our house, we were able to drive the car during our lunch time and as a result we bought the car later that evening. The other dealership told us they could not drive the car to our house for a second test drive. More

They gave me a fair deal on my trade-in and helped me figure out the best financing options that fit my budget for buying a new car. In the end, I ended up buying a BMW X5 and I couldn't be happier with it. Andy and Jamie were super helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. They treated me like family and showed genuine care, which is rare to find in the car business. They really value the customer experience and go above and beyond to make sure you're happy with your purchase. The quality of their cars and their customer service is first class. I've always been a bit wary of buying used cars because you never know how the previous owner treated it. But Certified Benz and Beemer thoroughly inspect every inch of their vehicles, so you're basically getting a like-new car. I'm thrilled with my purchase and definitely plan on buying more cars from them in the future. More
