The frosting on the cake was that because the car needed a few touch up items, and because I needed to go out of town for a few days, he even wound up picking me up at the airport at the end of my trip and driving me back to the dealer to pickup the car. Good ending I have never bought a car long distance before....I read many reviews, and REALLY talked with the sales person (who was very kind and even filmed the I have never bought a car long distance before....I read many reviews, and REALLY talked with the sales person (who was very kind and even filmed the car and sent me the video). ‘The car was immaculate’ I was told....and if I ‘bought it’ and I wasn’t happy for ANY reason they would make it right. So I ‘pulled the trigger’ and spent over $120K (seriously) for my dream car...and it was 3 years old. The car was delivered and the driver showed me where a ‘some chips’ that were noted along the front of the car....he said the sales person at Certified Benz and Beemer said those ‘weren’t there’ a few days ago, but did acknowledge, there was 5 or 6 chips and signed the paperwork BEFORE it left the dealership. I told the driver, ‘don’t worry for a second....these guys are stand up, and will surely stand by their car.’ I took some photos and emailed them to the dealership, and then went to check with Porsche about getting them fixed....they felt they could polish them out or it would cost minimal to fix them. I was going to pay for a clear bra (and additional $600) to protect my investment. The salesman replied right back to my email immediately , and confirmed what the driver had said....those chips weren’t there when he put the car away and he was shocked when they went to load my car and was sickened by the new developments...he told me not to worry, he would talk to ‘his boss’ in the morning. Whoever is ‘his boss’ said no....no help even though they had previously assured me otherwise. I protested....but, to no success. I said for a couple hundred dollars, you are willing to ruin my experience and throw away a good rating. I am not sure who ‘the boss’ is.....but, I believe the salesperson was on the level, and genuinely wanted to remedy the stink on a $120K-plus purchase. I WOULD NOT trust these people to do ANYTHING they say....I trusted them that they represented themselves to be a dealership of integrity and trust....hardly the case. I work in the Travel industry and was looking forward to recommending this process (albeit unusual for the first time) to everyone i come into contact with....that will NOT be the case, in fact, the opposite will be true. You are a fool if you trust Certified Benz and Beemer to sell you what they ‘represent’.....I hope ‘the boss’ gets his salary dinged for being so unreasonable with some who dropped a load of money on a dream car....I guess the old adage of ‘buyer beware’ is alive and well, it is too bad....I had hoped to become a loyal, repeat customer instead of a soured and tricked one. More

Great, professional, and respectful Jamie was great. He has helped my boyfriend in the past and we were pleased to see he was still working at CBB when we came back to shop for me. I got exactly what I wanted I have never bought a car out of state, let alone not even seeing it in person. I emailed the dealership and spoke to Jamie. He took pictures of the 2015 Corvette Z06 and sent them to me. He then followed up with a video walk-around of the car. It was gorgeous. When I asked Jamie about any imperfections he stated there was a small chip on the front bumper (this chip turned out to be very, very small, but I appreciate the attention to detail). I worked with Jamie to get the purchase going. He handled everything and offered me financing. Jamie spent quite a lot of time working with me to get everything just right. The documents were sent over night to me, and I sent them back the next day. The car was then shipped and arrived a few days later. Perfect condition, I love it. I then asked about an extended warranty on the car, and they offered me one what was better (and less expensive) than any other warranty I could find online. I highly recommend this dealership, and although im sure all the salespeople here are great, I recommend working with Jamie. He made this an easy and enjoyable experience from the initial pictures to offering financing, and all they way to delivery and offering an extended warranty. More

The selection of cars are great and the pricing they are usually under market value! We did our research and originally thought we wanted a BMW X5. My sales person was Jamie and he was great. We didn’t go with the BMW but he periodically were send me a quick text when they would get a car in that I was looking for. Anyhow we finally were ready this past weekend and because of Jamie’s excellent follow up I reached out to him to see is he was working. He was working on a Sunday on father’s day! We looked at 2 Range Rovers and he took his time with us. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. We left with a beautiful car and very happy clients. Thank you Jamie for a wonderful experience. Also Bill the warranty gentleman was very nice and made that experience positive. More
