Best experience of my car buying journey. A++ to Jamie Kwak I was car shopping for about 3 months, which included several visits to Jeep dealerships in the Chicago land area. Bettenhausen was the farthest from me which is why I it took me a while to stop in for a test drive. I truly wish I started here as it was the best experience a car buyer could wish for. I worked with Jamie Kwak, who was not only incredibly friendly, but unbelievably knowledgeable about various cars, specifically Jeeps. Jamie took the time to get to know me and understand what I was really looking for in a car as compared to my experiences at other dealers where I felt like a number, and not an important customer. With Jamie's help I was able to test drive a variety of Jeeps, and ultimately drove my dream Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. When I first drove the car I was upset because based on the pricing of other dealers I was under the impression the Jeep I was driving and drooling over was out of my price range. I returned to the dealership from the test drive and after a few minutes of discussing financing options with Jamie, to my shocking surprise, I was informed that their price was MUCH lower than the 4 other dealers gave me prices on. Jamie also worked with me on financing and all other areas I had questions on. Please keep in mind, the other dealerships haggled with me for quite some time, and after a good hour of pricing, their prices were outrageous. The Trailhawk at Bettenhause was priced better than the others, AND came with more upgraded options than I could have wished for. To make a lengthy review a bit shorter, anyone looking to buy a Jeep should go to Bettenhausen first. Take my word for it, the others will not even come close to matching their price. I cannot vouch for other sales personnel at Bettenhausen, but I can surely vouch for Jamie. Jamie Kwak has become a name that I am not going to forget, and am recommending to anyone I know looking for a good car buying experience. - I purchased a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. More

My VW had been leaking oil badly, and not only did the VW dealership not fix it correctly, but charged me over a grand to do so. I was met with nothing less than exceptional customer and mechanical service from Bettenhausen--from Jamie helping me set everything up, to Rob Adams taking time out of his day to see exactly what was wrong with my Jetta, Tony Gibson for fixing my car (in record time!) and Jake B. and Joseph Prno keeping me updated on everything...I cannot say enough. I would have paid double what VW charged me for the service I received, yet I only paid a fraction! The quality of work, met with the outstanding team work and dedication of the employees--there is no other dealership to go to other than Bettenhausen!! More

Best service Ive ever recieved from a car dealership I saw Jamie K. at the Jeep Bettenhausen dealership in Orland Park. It was the best service I've ever recieved when it comes to car dealerships. I had I saw Jamie K. at the Jeep Bettenhausen dealership in Orland Park. It was the best service I've ever recieved when it comes to car dealerships. I had some things come up and I had specific requirments for the type of car I was looking for. For about 2 weeks, Jamie sent me information for any used cars that came onto the lot and had me come in to test drive each one. I had my heart set on a Dodge Dart and she was able to find one that was in my price range and exactly what i was looking for. She was very patient with me abd completely accomadating! I am so happy with my new car and I cannot thank her enough for all of her help. If you're going to buy a new car I suggest you go visit Jamie because she will take great care of you. More

I’m one who does not like to waste my time and do not want to cheated ever on price! Needless to say that was not the case at Bettenhausen Jeep! Chad Simon, Manger and his sales team at Bettenhausen TOP NOTCH. You walk in and they treat you like family. I was able to get into my Jeep Wrangler 2016 within an hour! The reason why the process was painless and quick was because I knew what I wanted, knew my credit, down payment and worked with Jamie Kwak. I like most had a fear and dreaded dealerships. Prior to stepping foot on the lot, I spoke to Jamie about my want for a Jeep and gave her my negotiables and nonnegotiables. Jamie took what information I gave her and went out of her way on a daily basis to work with me on a payment and vehicle that I was comfortable with. For every question I had, she had a straight no BS answer. Before I left, Rick walked me through every inch of my vehicle with great detail! It wasn’t just okay thanks for your business, here are you keys and be on your way. He did not let me leave the dealership until I was comfortable with Jeep. Me and my Wrangler are now inseparable.
