I arrived at the dealership after setting up an appointment to find the vehicle I was interested in washed and parked in front of the dealership. Jamie gave me plenty of time to drive and look at the features of the SUV on my own and was close by when I had questions. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic, no pressure or other hard sell tactics I've experienced elsewhere in the past. The no haggle pricing was very fair, trade in was no problem, and the final paperwork process went quickly. This is one of the very few times I purchased a car and not felt exhausted after the process. Very happy with with Bettenhausen, Jamie, the team, and our new Wagoneer!! More
