Being in a service trade I know the tech needs to bill for their time. My one complaint has been experienced more than just this time. I always have an appointment. I alway drop off before you open or as for their time. My one complaint has been experienced more than just this time. I always have an appointment. I alway drop off before you open or as you open. I dropped my truck off when the door opened. And I called to check on it a little before lunch. They had tightened up the sway bar and running boards . They may need to keep it and check it some more. Like leave it another day when there is still a good 5 hours left in their work day. I said I need my truck back today. I was hoping they would try to figure out the popping underneath the truck before I got there around 5:00 They know I have the Master tech Ultra Warranty. They are well aware of that because when I brought my Jeep Cherokee they tried to tell me I didn’t have it. And I called to get a copy of it so they knew. In my industry a service person should represent a company and want to make the customer happy. And not act as if it’s a bother to get your vehicle looked at that was bought there. I sit here and my truck still has the popping sound. I paid 89.98 for a couple of bolts to be tightened up. And my truck sat there for the rest of the day without being touched. My time is just as valuable as anyone else. I was told they would like me to bring it back for a day so they can look at it again. But will it be the same situation. My Jeep I referred too was dropped off when the door opened and it was looked at around 2:00 and they realized it needed a part and would need to stay overnight. I’m just frustrated. I love my RAM but know I can’t count on service to be without complications due to time management. More
