Inquired about a Ram Bighorn and it was sitting next to showroom when I arrived after work. I was quickly greeted by Jamie and told him I had an appointment to test drive a truck. Jamie retrieved the keys showroom when I arrived after work. I was quickly greeted by Jamie and told him I had an appointment to test drive a truck. Jamie retrieved the keys and I asked him to accompany me on the test drive since I was new to the area and wanted to discuss the truck as we drove. I was offered to go out by myself but did not choose to do so as I explained. After the test drive I wanted to purchase the vehicle and I accepted the offer from Jamie and had the paperwork initiated. I explained I had some pressing errands to run and would stop back the next day after work. Ba took care of the paperwork in about 35 minutes and I left my rental vehicle at the dealership and was on my way. I have never had a vehicle buying experience as nice and courteous as I did with Jamie and Ba. I knew neither of the gentlemen prior to my first arrival and they treated me like an old friend. If you find the type of vehicle you are looking for at Dave Arbogast ask for Jamie and Ba and I’m sure you will be treated fairly and like an old friend as well. Can’t say enough nice things about these gentleman! More

Well worth the drive! We found a used car online that we liked and wanted to see and test drive. We are in Cincinnati and drove up there to take a look and were greeted by Jamie Mead (apparently the nutty salesman). He is super easy to work with. There were a couple of minor issues with the used car, and he immediately took it to the service department to have them look at it, came back with exact information on what was going on, and gave us some options. We bought the car, and my wife could not be happier with her new (to her) car. Dave was awesome to work with and a super nice guy. Mark Lindenauer took care of the paperwork and did an awesome and detailed job going over everything and made the process simple and got us out the door with our new car, temp tags, plenty of gas, ready to drive back to Cincinnati. I'll absolutely be back when I'm ready to replace my truck in about a year. It was well worth the drive and it's super easy to find - just drive to Troy Ohio and look for the huge American flag, it's right off the highway (I-75). Thank you Jamie and Mark for a great experience! More
