Everyone in the business office and service department are always keen to do all they can to ensure each visit to Pioneer Ford is a pleasurable experience. My wife brought our car in for an oil change. After inspection she felt pressured to change Belts, air filters, wipers and tires. Yes all of these are starting to wear but it wasn't communicated After inspection she felt pressured to change Belts, air filters, wipers and tires. Yes all of these are starting to wear but it wasn't communicated that way. It was communicated the she needs all of these things now. My wife told them that I would take care of this and all they needed to do was change oil and she gave the go ahead for the air filters. Also she waited almost 3 hours and paid $173 for oil change and air filters, this would have taken me an hour and less than $50. More

Service department is nearly impossible to get in touch with. The drivers side front brake caliper bolts fell out on my way home from a repair, a potentially catastrophic oversight. Truck still isn't right, vibrates and shudders sporadically since I picked it up. Haven't been able to get in touch with the service department, nor have my calls been returned. I paid for the repair but later realized it should have been covered under warranty, still waiting to be refunded. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience either, last time in the lug nuts on the front passenger side were not tightened, one of them fell off. There needs to be some quality control measures implemented, at the very least a simple check list for the techs to follow. More
