I have dealt with many dealerships in the past and sometimes what you are told prior to the sale is completely different to what you get at the time of the sale. He also had a customer waiting for him as we were finishing up on my purchase. I did not feel that he was rushing through the explanation of features on the car just to get to the next customer.
