Great experience. Normally I dread buying a new car but Jamie made this the easiest purchase of a car we've ever had. Jamie was accommodating of us with our 4-year-old and toddler daughte My wife and I were trying to decide between a Honda Odyssey and a Toyota Sienna. Jamie was accommodating of us with our 4-year-old and toddler daughters when we first came to look at an Odyssey. We even took a test drive starting near closing time with our daughters’ car seats installed so they could ride along. Jamie offered to show us an Odyssey side-by-side with a Sienna from a sister dealership, so we came back the next day to do that. That comparison was helpful for us, and Jamie gave us space and time to compare the two, including test drives of both. We didn’t buy that day, but returned to the lot a third time and agreed on terms. Even though it was after closing time for the dealership when we closed the deal, Jamie stayed and gave us a thorough demonstration of our new Odyssey’s operation and features. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about the vehicles he sells, and told us to call or come see him if ever we had questions or problems. Jim was friendly and gave us a helpful suggestion for our license plates while we were signing the financial papers. That process was straightforward with no unpleasant surprises. (There was a relatively small fee which we were expecting and is common.) Kevin came out after closing time to transfer our license plates onto our new van himself. We enjoyed speaking with him, and appreciated the service after the sale from Jamie and Jim as well. More
