Didn't meet expectation. You would think when you spend 30k+ on a vehicle the customer service would be out of this world, but in reality barely meets expectations of a dealer You would think when you spend 30k+ on a vehicle the customer service would be out of this world, but in reality barely meets expectations of a dealership in 2019. The financing they try to get you could be more aggressive in comparison to other truck dealers in the west metro. Still don't feel great about the purchase to this day. Also seems to be a failure of communication between the service department and sales associates. More
