This is the best dealership in the capital region I’ve found so far in my 56 years. They foster a relationship with time and energy. Their service department is stellar, transparency is critical (as they video the work), communication is top of mind, their skills are bursting with knowledge and experience. I feel heard and scene while never being pressured into anything. When I can’t stay to wait for service repairs they kindly bring me to and from my destination. In fact the gentlemen (who gave me rides) used two different vehicles and knew all about them. He was skilled at driving and answered all my questions about these models. He should be a salesman I told Albert Rodriguez! It’s such a pleasure to have this location as my dealership. Everyone there is kind and friendly, I’m so grateful!! Jake (sales), in helping me with my MX-5 purchase, did not know the answer to all my questions, but - if he did not know the answer - organized. Jake was responsive and helpful - but not overbearing & allowed me to work through the purchase-decision process at my own pace. He valued my time - at one point arranging for an associate of his to facilitate a test-drive - when he was not available. When I made the decision to move forward, Jake was an excellent guide through the purchasing process - outline the next steps and introducing me to the business manager. Jake has been supportive post-purchase making sure I am comfortable with all aspects of the MX-5, and made himself available post purchase. Jamil (business manager) - was efficient, thorough and well organized. The actual purchase, a potentially tension-filled time - was a very smooth process. More
