The service here is fast, which is great but it makes you wonder if they’ve done everything that they should be doing properly and thoroughly. I took my car in for a 5000 mile service. It was ready 20 minutes later. They called me to come back there when I did my 10,000 mile service same thing they told me two hours I left and 30 minutes later they called me saying it was ready on a 10,000 mile service it makes you feel like I did. They check everything that they changed everything did they do it thoroughly or just run me through real quick More

Worst service of my life. Lied to me about what was wrong with my car when it was sold me. Brought it back in a week after having it. After being told the car AC was the only Lied to me about what was wrong with my car when it was sold me. Brought it back in a week after having it. After being told the car AC was the only thing wrong. After them keeping my car for a week longer than they told me. They returned the car only because they ended up having to give me a rental, when I got the car back there were so many issues. My car broke down in the middle of the road, had it towed to my mechanic for them to tell me it’s gone be 4600 to fix. My mechanic said there’s no way you guys didn’t see the issue before it got to the point where my car is breaking down on the road. That the car had to have been sold broke to me, because I only had the car 30 days. I ended up letting the car go because I’m not gonna spend 4600 dollars to fix a car I just put 3000 grand down on. So now I have a lawyer and will be going after you guys. More

Service 5. Overall experience 3-4 just for the fact the first 5 min I drove off the engine light came on . They had no clue what it was so they reset it and sent me on my way. That was a Friday night. Saturday night the engine light came on again, I brought it to the service dealer on Monday. They looked at it and said the transmission has to be replaced and I'll get my car back after the holidays. So that's my experience so far. But the guys are great! More
