Took the truck the night before, for a 9:30am appt because I work. Never got a call the next day about the truck. I called and was informed they couldn't get to it until the following day. They were s because I work. Never got a call the next day about the truck. I called and was informed they couldn't get to it until the following day. They were supposed to do an oil change and rotate tires and look at the check engine light. They never did find out why the check engine light is on, and the tire rotate was never done. With that being said we then wondered if it had even had an oil change. So, they had the truck 2 days......for nothing! I called the shop after I got home and was told someone would call me back......never happened! I called Monday Oct 3rd and spoke to Jamison. He had me bring it back so he could take care of the tire rotation and do an oil change in case the oil change didn't get done either. Jamison is an outstanding employee. The rest.......I don't trust! Don't know if I'll be back. Very disappointed. More
