About a month ago the dealership got my car in on a Saturday when my battery decided to die unexpectedly. They tested it and replaced it with a new one since it was under warranty. I was very happy with the service I received with my 2018 Ram 1500. I was late getting to the appointment by an hour because the battery had died and I needed to get it jumped and get it started to get to th Ram 1500. By the time I got there is about a half hour before the service center closed but the gentleman that helped me out made sure that my truck got in for service, got my battery replaced and even had time to give the oil change I also needed.
