Always impeccable service I have been a customer for over five years, and the service team as a whole is an outstanding organization. Every member is courteous, knowledgeable, I have been a customer for over five years, and the service team as a whole is an outstanding organization. Every member is courteous, knowledgeable, and eager to perform. They take their time in their work to ensure integrity of my vehicle, and I am always confident driving my car out of the shop after they are complete. No worry of risk or malfunction. The service team is the reason I keep returning to Nissan of Bowie, because they actually care. I've never been upsold, asked for unnecessary service, or gotten faulty parts. Nissan of Bowie's Service Team is the definition of integrity and none of the other dealerships compare. Keep up the outstanding work! More

Great customer service Jay May was an amazing sales associate who’s charisma, positive attitude and overall can do attitude sold me within minutes. Jay May was patient and understanding and was opened to questions and concerns; he was thorough and organized and extremely funny. He should be recognized for his excellence and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. My only concern from this dealership would be that after I had agreed to purchase the car, it did take a while to get approved which has nothing to do with Jay May as he was excellent helping pass time while the financial managers handled whatever it is that was causing the delay. Overall great experience but hopefully the finance team can get it together and decrease the time spent. More

Amazing Everyone that I dealt with at this dealership far exceeded my expectations. I had narrowed down the vehicle I wanted and then found that Nissan of Bo Everyone that I dealt with at this dealership far exceeded my expectations. I had narrowed down the vehicle I wanted and then found that Nissan of Bowie had the exact one that I was looking for. I live a little over 80 miles away from the dealership, so the majority of the purchase process was done over the phone/through email. Jay was also very prompt in responding to my questions and returning my calls/emails/texts. He worked very hard in order to get me connected with the finance department who I was able to work some stuff out over the phone. Donna was extremely helpful and did everything she could in order to get me a deal that I was comfortable with and made sense financially. I wanted to have most of the process at least started before I drove to the dealership and both Jay and Donna were fantastic in helping me accomplish this. When I arrived, I couldn't have been more pleased with how my girlfriend and I were treated throughout the remainder of buying the vehicle. We were offered coffee etc(they ended up getting my g/f something from starbucks). Having known that we had driven a bit to buy the vehicle there, Jay asked for the keys to the Jeep that we had driven down, took it and had it washed and filled the gas tank up, without even being asked. I know it's a minimal cost to the dealership, but that was a very nice gesture, especially considering I was already buying the vehicle from them. Latoya in finance did a great job of going through all the finance paperwork and we were done and ready to leave in a very short amount of time. I would absolutely, without hesitation, return to this dealership to buy another vehicle when it is time. I could not be happier with the experience and treatment that I received from start to finish. More
