Tire sensor lights still unresolved and we have to bring the truck back. This is a big inconvenience as we live a minimum of 45 minutes away, with traffic could be an hour. Brought the car in for maintenanc the truck back. This is a big inconvenience as we live a minimum of 45 minutes away, with traffic could be an hour. Brought the car in for maintenance check and oil change, Maintenance light is still on, we have to bring the car back to have it reset. Again we don't live close, big inconvenience. Wondering if the oil was even changed. Ever time we had the 4runner in for service it's incomplete or the issue is not addressed. We received a text the technicians were having an issue with the key, when I asked what the issue was no one knew and nothing documented. Concerning! More

Jan was amazing. Very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. We purchased a used that were missing a few things and Jan made sure items were replaced. I feel very grateful that I found Albany Subaru. The sales people were professional and kind and that is a great combination. It took a long time for me to decide which car was right for me ( over The sales people were professional and kind and that is a great combination. It took a long time for me to decide which car was right for me ( over a month) and I went to many dealers. This is the best place I found. I highly recommend them. I dealt mostly with Ricky and then Lapon who is in finances. they were both patient and great. I did not feel rushed and I am really happy with the experience of buying this car and I think that in itself is unique! In addition I feel welcome to come back. This car has way more features than my previous one and they encouraged us to return to learn about all the new safety and comfort devices. A definite thumbs up for Albany Subaru. It is a warm family operation and that is important too More
