SUPERB service and technical support! I am a disabled veteran who is blind in one eye and was having repeated warning lights illuminating on my new 2024 Forester. Needless to say I was I am a disabled veteran who is blind in one eye and was having repeated warning lights illuminating on my new 2024 Forester. Needless to say I was worried as I need all the safety systems operating at all times given my condition. I made an appointment and brought the car in for a scheduled service and troubleshooting. As this was the second time for the warning light issue, I immediately was offered a loaner (thank you!) and advised that my vehicle would be test-driven immediately. The Service representative and Serve Manager were extremely thorough in keeping my apprised of their progress with the testing and troubleshooting. It turned out that my car is sensitive to a preheated or completely defrosted windshield prior to driving during the cold mornings. The Service Manager (Aaron) helped me set-up the defrost settings during the auto quick-start function in the MySubaru app on my phone. Its been 3 weeks now of using the preheat function and not a single fault has appeared on my new Forester and the car has continued to run in great fashion. This issue was really bothering me and I was very busy to bring the car in for troubleshooting but I'm really glad I did and more than satisfied with the patience and service I received. On previous service visits, I have always been treated with the highest degree of respect and courtesy. I strongly recommend Albany Subaru Service Center and truly appreciate their service. Great bunch of people and work very well together as a team. More
