They knew how to order a car I had entered the dealership frustrated by my experience weeks prior when attempting to order a new car. When I walked in poor Mike Harris was the fir I had entered the dealership frustrated by my experience weeks prior when attempting to order a new car. When I walked in poor Mike Harris was the first to intercept me and ask if he could help. Curtly I asked if he knew how to order a car. He handled my frustration well and got straight down to business sensing that I already knew what I'd come in for. I really appreciated his awareness of my demeanor - knowing when I was in the mood to chat and when I wanted to just get down to business. Throughout the process his communications were timely and precise. On the day of delivery he remained at the dealership with until the paperwork was completed (approx 11:00pm) and even stuck around in the parking lot in the cold to describe features of the car. If Ms. Harris is reading this I personally vouch that Mike was at work the whole time and accept the blame for making him miss dinner. I also wish to recognize Jan McGill who patiently worked through the numbers with me to come up with a financing plan that fit my budget. Even though it was long after closing time when we finally were sitting down to hammer out the details she patiently worked the calculator and spoke with me to ensure I was fully satisfied. Of all the dealership experiences I've had this was unquestionably the most satisfying experience yet and it was due entirely to my interactions with Mike & Jan. I'd happily recommend anybody to them. More
