Honestly they acted like I had covid - they couldn't answer questions about the car features and I couldn't get a return call when I told them I am here to purchase a car. Conversely, Joshua was exactly what i wanted. Super knowledgeable about all car features, helpful but not over powering, and courteous to a fault. He even is responsive since the sale has finalized. A+ in my view. More
