El gerente de Finanzas, como todos, defendiendo solo los intereses ( la plata), de su entidad. Él no autorizó que me entregara el kit inicial del cambio de aceite, que conocía se entregaba a los clientes. Fui ingenuo en no comparar o valorar la calidad del mismo tipo de servicio que ofertan otros proveedores; lo que les recomendaría a otros interesados en el mismo asunto.
