He was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and helped me compare my options without ever making me feel pressured. He also worked with Jan, the General Sales Manager, to get me a great deal on a used Toyota RAV4 that I absolutely love. The next day, Jorge in finance made the paperwork quick and stress-free. Brian even walked me out to my new car with a huge bow on it and took the time to help me set up CarPlay and the Toyota app. It was such a thoughtful touch that made the moment even more special!
