Profesionalidad y empatía por la persona que nos atendió. Insatisfecho con la compra. Te ponen señuelos para que ejecutes la compra. Se acepta tu peteción de no ejecutar pago inicial, se continúa el papele Insatisfecho con la compra. Te ponen señuelos para que ejecutes la compra. Se acepta tu peteción de no ejecutar pago inicial, se continúa el papeleo y, después se dice lo contrario, empleando el ardid de bajar un porcentaje de la cantidad inicial exigido y que actuaban como prestamista del monto fijado. El gerente de Finanzas, como todos, defendiendo solo los intereses ( la plata), de su entidad. Él no autorizó que me entregara el kit inicial del cambio de aceite, que conocía se entregaba a los clientes. Fui ingenuo en no comparar o valorar la calidad del mismo tipo de servicio que ofertan otros proveedores; lo que les recomendaría a otros interesados en el mismo asunto. ACEPTARÍA USTED LA DEVOLUCIÓN DEL BIEN AQUIRIDO SIN DETRIMENTO DE LOS GASTOS INCURRIDOS EN TAN FALLIDA COMPRA. Les reitero que fuimos muy bien atendidos por su representante, quien buscó y agotó, a nuestro juicio, cuantas acciones le fueron posible para concretar dicha compra.
