I told him my situation and what I was looking for, so we set a date for me to come back out later that weekend. Absolutely “No Hassle” at all. I returned on Saturday and I was treated to the best customer service I’ve ever experienced dealing with a car lot. Bryan was great. He had the vehicle ready for me to test drive and it was solid just as advertised. I then met with Scott Williams the New Car Manager and he went above and beyond my expectations working with me to not only get approved for financing but also making me feel assured and comfortable in the deal we were making. It was a totally awesome experience. The team work they displayed was Top Notch!!! I want to also thank Brycen Williams the Finance Manager. He was great explaining all of the details and coverages of my new purchase. I’ve never been happier signing my name on the dotted lines for anything. Lol. I want to also give a shout out to Jana and Jone from the Internet department. Your great work behind the scenes is what made this happen for me. I greatly appreciate you both for following up with me from the beginning. Thanks!! More
