Shady. Contacted the dealership on a vehicle I was interested in, they set up an appointment which was confirmed by multiple people multiple times. Upon arrival I was told the vehicle I came to see was sold. This essentially killed my interest as I had actually planned to buy the vehicle right then. Now they had a few of the same model on the lot with a sale price of only a couple hundred dollars more which I would have done a deal on, without haggling, but the finance manager wanted me to buy it at the MSRP $6k higher rather than the sale price. After being hassled by four managers I had to get out of there. I have bought and leased a lot of cars but never had a dealer screw up an easy sale like that. More
