I have been in the automotive industry since 1995, when I began selling Saturns. When Saturn went out in 2009, I came to Kelly Jeep. The most important things to me are to have great product knowledge and to be able to treat my guests the way I would like to be treated. I want them to leave knowing that I gave them the best possible buying experience.

Great experience, met a great sales person. My husband and I had been to three dealerships previously that day, until we traveled from Weymouth to Lynnfield, MA. We were very depressed and disponded, until we entered the showroom and met Janet. She was extremely well versed with knowledge of Jeeps, but more than that she knew how to make you feel at home and not pressured. Kelly jeep is trustworthy and acts like they want to earn your business. My salesperson, Janet, was very thoughtful, professional and thorough. The sales manager, Andrew, as always was carismaric, friendly, thoughtful and genuinely cared about giving me a good deal and that I was comfortable with everything. Don't bother going anywhere else. No one beats Kelly Jeep ! More

Excellent Service I met spoke throughout the day with Janet about putting a hold on a Jeep Wrangler I was interested in and wanted to test drive. By the time we arrived I met spoke throughout the day with Janet about putting a hold on a Jeep Wrangler I was interested in and wanted to test drive. By the time we arrived, Janet was gone for the day but had relayed all of the information to Kelley who welcomed us with a smile and offered us water, coffee and tea. Dan was great. Let us test drive the Jeep and didn't beat around the bush. There was no hassling and no gimmicks and we were in and out within an hour with a brand new vehicle that I absolutely love! Great customer service! Great deals. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy! More

Three years ago I started leasing my very first Jeep Wrangler; it was the realization of a long-term dream that I have had since high school. Janet Gadsby handled the sale and I have only great things to report about our interactions. She was helpful and positive throughout the whole experience and her follow-through after the sale was second to none. She also recently helped with the transition from Lessee to OWNER, which was handled with professionalism and patience. I hope to drive Jeep Wranglers for the rest of my life, and I will undoubtedly be purchasing them from Janet Gadsby at Kelly Jeep/Chrysler. More

Janet was wonderful during my whole adventure in trading in my 2008 vehicle and possibly purchasing/leasing a new Loredo. After everything was said and done- I purchased a new Jeep Wrangler Sport from her. in my 2008 vehicle and possibly purchasing/leasing a new Loredo. After everything was said and done- I purchased a new Jeep Wrangler Sport from her. This was my 6th vehicle from Kelly and 10th for my overall family. We will continue to come to Kelly as long as employees like Janet are there. More

As soon as I stepped onto the lot I was greeted by a Janet Gadsby. She was very welcoming and accommodating. I recently purchased a 2012 Jeep Wrangler from Kelly Jeep of Lynnfield and had an excellent experience. I had been searching online for a specific Jeep and options packages and located it at Kelly. Once I ar of Lynnfield and had an excellent experience. I had been searching online for a specific Jeep and options packages and located it at Kelly. Once I arrived at the dealership, I worked with Janet Gadsby and we had a deal worked out very quickly. Janet was great to work with and was able to answer all of my questions, both during the test drive and when I returned to pick up the Jeep a few days later. I would definitely recommend both Kelly Jeep and Janet if you are in the market for a new Jeep. More
