Everyone from the receptionist, Janet Hembey to the entire sales staff was very professional and went above and beyond to get me the deal and the car that I was satisfied with. I have gone back a couple of times and have been treated the same every time. I got a stain on the front leather seat and they were so quick to help remove the stain quickly and professionally. I have had the car serviced once and it was as quick and painless experience for sure!! Recently, I had a question about trying to get a safety lock on the front passenger side as my wife suffers from Alzheimer's and she had opened it once while we were moving. The sales staff and service department worked with me to find out that it wasn't possible BUT one of their service people came up with the idea to place wide tape over the handle on the inside and that was a workable,and I must say ingenious, solution. I tried ti and so far it has been very successful! I am very thankful that the people took the time to help me with my situation. Everyone I have dealt with at this dealership has as I've said gone above and beyond and I will definitely give them my business in the future and recommend them to my friends and relatives!! More

The process was very simple and Mitch did all of the negotiating for us. He already knew what we wanted in a car and what we expected from the dealership which made the process less stressful (since we brought a truck from him a few months back). Mitch was willing to go above and beyond to surpass all expectations! We will definitely be back in the near future and recommend all of our friends and family let Mitch exceed their expectations as well. More

Once I purchased the truck, she took the time to demonstrate all the features and even programmed my phone to the truck. I worked with Joe Sabin in finance. Overall with Lynn and Joe I was not pressured into buying anything I did not want. After purchasing the truck, many of the salespeople came to welcome me to the family. Emanuel the AMAZING!! I have never been to a car dealership before that actually takes care of the whole family like Toyota of Burleson. You walk in and they are the friend I have never been to a car dealership before that actually takes care of the whole family like Toyota of Burleson. You walk in and they are the friendliest people ever. They have a family room to watch tv and eat ice cream while you wait on your new car and they also work to you give the best deal. I did not feel pressured to buy anything. The whole time I felt very comfortable and I ended up getting in a car that I absolutely love. Emanuel is awesome everyone. Please go see him. He is so kind and does all he can to get you in the right car and he also has lots and lots of chocolate candy so you get a sweet deal! Lol! More

The individuals I dealt with seemed to all have the same end goal, which was ensuring the customer is taken care of to the best of their ability. I was very cautious about sneaky tricks and broken promises, but I didn't experience any of that. If I could change anything, I'd say buyers inspections on more higher end vehicles should be done by the specialist of that make. A dealer could save time, money, and overall headache with some of the vehicles traded in by just wholesaling them. Other than that, I'd be happy to do business with Family Toyota again, and would recommend them to all my friends and family. More
