I had a great experience purchasing my car from this dealership. Janie initially reached out to me after I showed interest in a vehicle and was incredibly helpful and friendly. When we arrived at the dealership, Janie unfortunately wasn’t there, but Rosa stepped in and took great care of us. She helped complete the transaction and made sure everything went smoothly. Tracy from the finance department was also wonderful to work with. We came in already pre-approved through our bank, but she still took the time to check if she could find us a better deal and walked us through all the paperwork. One thing I really appreciated was that the team stayed open after their scheduled hours because I let them know I was coming from out of town. That level of customer service meant a lot and made the whole experience even better. Overall, the entire team was professional, helpful, and made the car-buying process a positive one.
