As Gwen Staff friendly, all work well together. Sales specialist very organized, all paperwork was ready when I arrived, attention to detail evident. As Gwen was tied up initially with another client who had an accident She. asked a co worker ( Baz) to begin to review the paper work with me, so I did not have to wait for her to finish with her client.Efficient dealership. Felt very comfortable with all employees I talked to in showroom. Would easily recommend Sylvia and Toyotatown to anyone interested in a car purchase. My financing was handled by Janine Feenstra. Janine did a great job explaining financial agreement and warranty. I didn't feel pressure to upgrade or add extras. That really made me feel good about my purchase. More

My appointment was set up without any hiccups, and they were very accommodating with my schedule. The car was very clean for my test drive, and Suzanne showed me the truck features in a very thorough way. I purchased the vehicle that same day, and she made the entire process hassle free - I did not feel any pressure or obligation, which was very nice. Janine in finance went through all the details of the sale and warranties smoothly and was very patient. Because I live in Toronto, I took the train in to pick up my truck. Suzanne even offered me a ride from the station. The truck was immaculate on arrival, and Suzanne made sure everything was up to snuff inside and out, and that I was totally satisfied. Thank you everyone, especially Suzanne at Toyota Town :) More
