I was born in Hong Kong and grew up in Chicago. I attended Indiana University in Bloomington; received my Bachelor of Science degree in Public Affairs. After college I came to Ohio and worked in social services and government for 14 ½ years. During this time, I planned grassroots programs for low-income families and administered programs in the energy, education and conservation fields. In 1994 my husband and l started a retail pet business, and still own it today. I have been a customer of Roush Honda since 1993 and decided to join the team. I have learned over many decades of service a quality product is important. However, the customer’s experience is of utmost importance. I am committed to sales and service excellence and will only provide to my customers the best car buying experience! This is my promise to you!

We've now purchased two Pilots from Roush - one pre-owned and one new - and both buying experiences were simple, straightforward and comfortable. We love both cars so far. Jan is just terrific -- fun, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Her good humor and easygoing approach made me comfortable, and when it came time to do paperwork and the like, she took care of everyt knowledgeable. Jan helped me look at cars back in 2020, during Covid. Although I elected not to get a new vehicle at that time, she was so helpful and kind, it really impressed me. Jan never pressured me and I feel she truly wanted to help me find the best deal for my budget and circumstance. I highly recommend Jan Wilkins.
