I was born in Hong Kong and grew up in Chicago. I attended Indiana University in Bloomington; received my Bachelor of Science degree in Public Affairs. After college I came to Ohio and worked in social services and government for 14 ½ years. During this time, I planned grassroots programs for low-income families and administered programs in the energy, education and conservation fields. In 1994 my husband and l started a retail pet business, and still own it today. I have been a customer of Roush Honda since 1993 and decided to join the team. I have learned over many decades of service a quality product is important. However, the customer’s experience is of utmost importance. I am committed to sales and service excellence and will only provide to my customers the best car buying experience! This is my promise to you!

Best place to buy a car This is my second car from Roush. I worked with Jan Wilkins and I was impressed by her knowledge of the two vehicles I was considering. She explained everything to me and even offered to get me lunch! You just don’t find this kind of customer service anywhere else. Jan worked really hard to get me the car I wanted at the price I wanted. She’s the kind of person you feel like you’ve known forever. Very sharp and tuned in to what you want. Her warmth and consideration are not traits you expect from a salesperson, but you get that with Jan. I highly recommend Roush and Jan for your next car purchase. More
