Convenient Purchase We met Jan on our first visit to Honda. We knew we were interested in a new CR-V. Roush has a large inventory, so we were able to find our color preference. We made an appointment to go back to sign paperwork on a slower day so that our sale could be processed quickly. Jan was personable and patient with our boys (10 and 12) who will eventually be driving this vehicle. More

Jan worked with us on a Honda Fit that was being built to send to the dealership. It took several weeks to get the car to the dealership, but she kept us informed on the ETA of the vehicle. She also was very patient in answering our many, many questions regarding the vehicle.
