I was born in Hong Kong and grew up in Chicago. I attended Indiana University in Bloomington; received my Bachelor of Science degree in Public Affairs. After college I came to Ohio and worked in social services and government for 14 ½ years. During this time, I planned grassroots programs for low-income families and administered programs in the energy, education and conservation fields. In 1994 my husband and l started a retail pet business, and still own it today. I have been a customer of Roush Honda since 1993 and decided to join the team. I have learned over many decades of service a quality product is important. However, the customer’s experience is of utmost importance. I am committed to sales and service excellence and will only provide to my customers the best car buying experience! This is my promise to you!

Great car buying experience I am very happy with the car buying process at this dealership. I did not want to waste time haggling over price or terms. They listened and when I I am very happy with the car buying process at this dealership. I did not want to waste time haggling over price or terms. The entire transaction was completed, all of the features of the car were explained and demonstrated to me and I was on my way in my brand new Honda Civic! Great experience and people Jan was great. She wasn't a "pushy" car sales person. She was nice and just took us through the offerings they had available and allowed us to pick Jan was great. When prompted with questions, she was able to find the information. She provided pricing on a number of vehicles and looked into inventory that was available for specific requests. Mike was rather matter of fact, provided us with what we wanted rather than trying to be pushy (as we normally hear of from the finance guys), he didn't try and convince us to get more than what we needed. When we realized we made a mistake on one of our selections-- he was quick to remedy it. More
