Charlie was a great salesman, but when my service advisor Jana went on vacation and I had to deal with Jewel it was a nightmare. She was rude, and acted like it was a bother for me to ask questions. I droppe Jana went on vacation and I had to deal with Jewel it was a nightmare. She was rude, and acted like it was a bother for me to ask questions. I dropped my truck off the day before my appointment and it wasn’t seen the day of the appointment. When I called and asked about it she said appointments are made to get you in line to be seen and that Jana shouldn’t have booked 10 appointments that day. If she has a problem with Jana that isn’t something a customer needs to hear. Worse experience I have ever had with a service advisor. More
