The sales woman I worked with was wonderful, but after I agreed to buy the car, the follow up staff was pretty unhelpful. They got me the car I wanted and I appreciated no markup over MSRP, but beyond that agreed to buy the car, the follow up staff was pretty unhelpful. They got me the car I wanted and I appreciated no markup over MSRP, but beyond that I wouldn't buy from them again. If you do work with them and they tell you Vitor is going to send you something: follow up. He's not at all responsive or helpful after you agree to give them your money. His delays and the lack of follow through from the junior seller I was handed to ended up costing me time and money. More

I’m not positively sold on the Dealership for the following reasons: Adam our sales rep was awesome. It was his first day and you would never know it. There were issues at the end of our 5 hr stay following reasons: Adam our sales rep was awesome. It was his first day and you would never know it. There were issues at the end of our 5 hr stay at dealership that was unnecessary. The sales manager came over to us after the entire finance and sale were over and said we now have to get your insurance stamped and it won’t be today. Ok now, we live 80 miles away and at 2:30 now tell us this vehicle won’t be ready to drive off the lot? We have a personal relationship with our Insurance Company and told her we can call and they would stamp asap. Ok another hr and that was set. Now it’s 3:00. Ok let’s get you a sticker. We pull around to garage and no one tells us it would be another hr to get a sticker so we decided to leave and get our own. It is now going on 4:00 and we have been there for 5 hrs. We do love the car but have issues with the breaks and have to drive back up there Monday. More
