I brought my car in because it had a very strong vibration and the steering was pulling to the right. I was advised to do an alignment and balancing. The vibration was still there, and the steering was still pulling to the right. I brought the car back again, and this time I was told that one of the tires had a bump, which was actually causing the vibration and the alignment issues. If this problem had already been detected the first time, I don’t understand why it wasn’t pointed out to me, and why I was charged for an alignment and balancing knowing that the real issue hadn’t been addressed.
