Called my sales person Jaramy LaLonde and she set everything up. Drop off, loaner car and set me up with Matt my service provider. Incredibly grateful that the day we walked into Audi Dallas, Jaramy happened to be available. We didn't have plans to buy and Audi and we're just checking out electric cars we had read about, but Jaramy Dallas, Jaramy happened to be available. Jaramy was and still is AMAZING to work with! ! I submitted an inquiry for a 2023 Q3 online and she called me within minutes, although she was about to leave for the day, and we talked for at leas ! I submitted an inquiry for a 2023 Q3 online and she called me within minutes, although she was about to leave for the day, and we talked for at least 30 minutes about possible options. Went to see her the next day and left in a 2023 Q5! She went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer and wanted to make sure I was truly happy with my purchase (and then she worked her magic 😉). If I could give her 10 stars I would. She has a customer for life! She made the process super easy and was extremely patient with me when I had to step away to take a work call that lasted longer than anticipated. I appreciate her and am super thankful to have met her. Her customer service is outstanding! More
