As far as the dealership their manager and finance department have improved. This is our second car purchase from here in the last two years. We gave a one star and would have been zero. She started off as soon as we got there with the car pulled up with a bow on it as if we were just going to sign paperwork and not check the car out whatsoever. Then we went on a test drive she didn’t want to let us go on the highway stating that the company changed the policy. We requested a test drive on the highway again and she finally agreed. She was not knowable about the vehicle, and had to show her some of the features. When we got back to the dealership she rushed the car away before we even got a chance to go over it thoroughly . During this time she wanted to sit us down to start paperwork. After I didn’t agree with the price she disappeared. When we finally found her after looking for her she said that they were almost done with the hood. Then we requested to look at the car again she said ok, but her purse was in the front seat and she stood watching us the entire time. As if we going to steal it. At one point she asked our son (whom we were purchasing the car for) was he going to purchase the car or not because she had to take it back across the street and she wanted to go on lunch. She did this while my wife and I were outside of the car. Very unprofessional. I could go on and on about how unprofessional she was. But I will digress. Long story short get another sales person. Our son did not have the experience and the professionalism he deserved. Thank God this is our 6th Mercedes and we had knowledge about the cars because she taught us nothing. We would have been clues. Mercedes of South Atlanta do better. Be better. Your counterparts on the Northside especially RBM of Atlanta are continuously running circles around you. We deserve the professional white glove service on this side of town that they give over there. Also we have purchased vehicles from other dealerships on the south side and received much better service and treatment. More
