Like, they had *intended* to fix the bathroom in that old building, but had gotten it just functional enough to stick a desk in the middle of the room and open for business. Like, the renovations were coming, but this would have to do for now. Thankfully, Rich's positive attitude and helpfulness outshined his surroundings. (This was more than 9 words.
