Very frustrating. I arrived at 11 for an appointment for a car I was nearly certain I wanted to buy. Receptionist was unfriendly and seemed to be frustrated with me sh I arrived at 11 for an appointment for a car I was nearly certain I wanted to buy. Receptionist was unfriendly and seemed to be frustrated with me she couldn't find my appointment. She couldn't find someone to talk to me. The whole experience took way too long. Again, I knew what I wanted and yet it took over 5 hours to buy the car. More

We brought a 2023 RX 350 Lexus and made an appointment for Monday 15th dealer had no computer service. You should had a generator. Car is under warranty but I get message Susytem malfunction take to for Monday 15th dealer had no computer service. You should had a generator.
