We were able to explain what we wanted in a new car for our family of four and what models we were interested in - they listened and jumped in to help. I appreciated that Rich did not try to push us into a different model than what we came in looking for, but was able to educate us more on the different features available with that model at different price points. We were able to decide on the perfect car for us with all of the features we were looking for! Jared was extremely helpful with financing and running numbers with us so that we could get a value for our trade that worked for us and hit the target monthly payment we wanted. The morning following, they were able to find something that I had left behind in my trade in that had immense sentimental value and return it to me. Definitely a great experience. More

Came in for service, check engine light was off. Following service the light was on, and I was told it would cost $100 to diagnose the issue. Creating a problem in a customer’s car and then expecting them to pay to fix it is dishonest and bad practice. I will never use this service center again. There are plenty of better shops in Concord. More
