I have been in the business over 18 YEARS now. I have learned a lot over the years and continue to grow every day. I provide a fun, no hassle buying experience. Disappointed with the follow-up service on the purchase of the new YUKON we purchased. We have waited over a week and are still waiting to receive the (Certificate of Origin) for the new YUKON we purchased of the new YUKON we purchased. We have waited over a week and are still waiting to receive the (Certificate of Origin) for the new YUKON we purchased. We CAN-NOT Register/license the YUKON without it. I've called Jeremy Erickson twice leaving a voice-mail requesting the certificate with no return call. I've called and spoke with Tony LaPlant to please follow-up on the certificate 2 days ago and have had no call back. If it wasn't for this issue I would recommend West Metro Buick for a purchase of a vehicle. We were very happy with them except for this issue. More
