Purchase of Dream car I found a vehicle online that this dealership had, I was contacted immediately by a salesperson Jared right away. Jared worked so well with me and my I found a vehicle online that this dealership had, I was contacted immediately by a salesperson Jared right away. Jared worked so well with me and my schedule. We communicated via email and text and were able to get all needed information to Jared as he was not able to be there when we could arrive. He had another salesperson meet us. The whole process from getting there, test driving and financial paperwork was less than 2 hours. All people from owner to sales, to receptionist and service dept. were very nice and made us feel very comfortable. We now have our "dream car", and it looks so pretty in our garage waiting for a beautiful day to take the top down and go explore!! Thanks Jared!! More

Worth the trip I was leery about driving 4 hours (from North Dakota) just to look at a car, but West Metro had what I wanted. Not wanting the trip to be for nothing I was leery about driving 4 hours (from North Dakota) just to look at a car, but West Metro had what I wanted. Not wanting the trip to be for nothing, I had appointments that day with other dealerships in area as well, but West Metro was my first stop. The car was perfect and it was exactly what I wanted, with the lowest miles and the best price in the area. Of course after the fun of a test drive comes that awful paperwork and negotiations. But I didn't experience that at West Metro. They car was priced right, they gave me a great deal on my trade-in, and they got me a much better rate on my financing than I was expecting. There was no reason to go anywhere else, so I cancelled my other appointments. I walked in the door at 8:30am and was out the door with my certified Chevy Sonic before noon. (That's includes the time spent working through a snafu with my title.) Maybe you're in my position. You're searching for a vehicle, you find it at West Metro, but you're out of the area. Trust me, it's worth the trip! More

I have never had such an easy transaction In 35 years of car buying, I have never had such a stress free buying experience. Jared responded to my email inquiry on a vehicle. He provided the information I asked for, and did not bug me by constantly calling to get me to come in. When I did make arrangements to test drive, Jared came in from his day off to meet me. Our dealings were fun and no pressure. I met with Paul for financing, and Paul answered my questions and presented options. He suggested the best deal for me in financing, and allowed me to decide what way I wanted to go. On delivery, despite it being his day off and him being late for dinner plans, Jared took all the time necessary to explain everything about the vehicle to ensure I knew where everything was and how to operate it. All-in-all, I was only at the dealership for 3 hours, including my long test drive and unloading my trade into my new vehicle. I was given a fair trade value, and a fair new vehicle price. More
