I found the used 2015 Ford Explorer I bought online. It was easy to set up the appointment for a test drive and the salesman wasn’t pushy or out to make you feel obligated to buy. At the purchase, they were thorough and explained everything clearly- the paperwork and the vehicle. My only complaints are I would’ve appreciated knowing the costs of the warranty choices ahead of time and how it would affect my payment rather than making the decision on the spot, and that the hole in the upholstery wasn’t fixed before purchasing. I have to drive an hour and a half back to the dealership to have it fixed within 30 days, which they will honor. More
