He couldn't be any nicer and took care of getting my oil changed as I sat in a very welcoming waiting area. Even though I was only there for an oil change, my car was given a free 54 point check. From this check I was given some suggestions on service that I should have in the near future. Jared answered all my questions I had about the services suggested. There was no pressure to do more than what I came for which was nice and I was pleasantly surprised by picking up my car that had been run through their car wash! I left Honda many years ago and went to Toyota mostly because of the service on my vehicles. It was painful before but now it was refreshing. Jared Stoutenburg greeted me , i was escorted to a new reception space that is very comfortable with new amenities. TV, charging stations, reading material free drinks and pastries. 5,000 mile oil change/service + four new tires I quickly and easily made the appointment for my 2017 Honda Pilot’s 40,000 mile service several days earlier. When i drove in, i was greeted at my veh I quickly and easily made the appointment for my 2017 Honda Pilot’s 40,000 mile service several days earlier. When i drove in, i was greeted at my vehicle in a friendly and courteous manner by Jared Stoutenburg who proceeded to take me on a meticulous walk-around inspection of my vehicle especially in regard to the tread remaining on each tire, and so he suggested I replace said tires during my next 5,000 mile service or shortly thereafter.. So, instead of putting it off, especially with winter quickly approaching — I decided to just go-for-it now .... and so Jared helped me choose four brand new Firestone Destination tires to have his service personnel mount, balance, and align. Anyway, it’s been about a week now ...and i am happy with these new tires. Thank you Jared! More
