Wonderful car buying experience at Don Davis Ford in Arlington. After visiting a handful of dealerships in the surrounding area & not having any luck in buying the vehicle we wanted at a price point sui Arlington. So glad we did. We were met outside by a friendly young man named Garrett who put us in contact with Jared Taylor/Sales Consultant, who is amazing. He is efficient, knows the inventory & was super helpful in assisting us with the beautiful Ford Escape we saw on their website. Great team. He worked hard in making our car purchase go smoothly. When it got down to the paperwork, we met with Ryan Butler/Finance Manager who got us an affordable rate that worked for us. He is terrific. The entire team at Don Davis Ford is fantastic at what they do, they go above & beyond in customer service satisfaction and we are very pleased with our gorgeous new Ford. Thanks guys! More

Jared the salesperson was very friendly and nice. He sat with us through the whole process. Everyone at the dealership that we came in contact was very nice. The two complaints I have would be the length with us through the whole process. Everyone at the dealership that we came in contact was very nice. The other one would be cleaning the car before we left, the sticky part from where the window sticker was still on the windshield and there was some mud on the right interior. Other than that I would say they did a good job with us. Jared is the reason we probably stayed and bought the car, he helped not make the wait so long by staying in full communication. More
