The dealership messed up again! I was informed my license plates were in and I picked them up only to find out they were regular plates. I had handicapped plates on my trade-in and they were put on license plates were in and I picked them up only to find out they were regular plates. I had handicapped plates on my trade-in and they were put on my new one the night I bought it. The salesman said I would be getting the sticker in about 2 - 3 weeks and they would call. He never carried through to get the handicapped plates transferred over and so I am at a loss what to do. I have tried to contact the person that got the plates for me on last Saturday but was unable to talk to him. I am waiting for a call back. Hopefully I will hear back soon! They dropped the ball on this deal! More

I bought a 2017 Fusion on 7/5/2017. The salesman was good on the deal and we loved the car. On 12/28/2020, I went back to the same salesman and he set me up with a 2020 Excape. This deal was not done good on the deal and we loved the car. On 12/28/2020, I went back to the same salesman and he set me up with a 2020 Excape. This deal was not done that day. The sales manager got involved on the first day and he was very pushy about closing the deal right then. The more he pushed, the more I backed up on the whole situation. My salesman called me the next day with an amended offer and we agreed on it. He had told me that the car had some options that it did not have (which I had to find out myself after getting home) and was told it did. I was very upset about this since I relied on his knowledge of the cars you sell and did not question him on this (my fault). BUT I will probably go elsewhere the next time I go shopping for the next new car. I am very displeased as to how this deal was done and if I do come back for the next one, I will try to get another salesman. More
