My selesman was Jake Word. I like that he was not pushy. I work graveyard shift . He was very attentive to my time constraints when it was time to make a deal. Steve Allred was helpful and laid back. Not pushy at all but there to answer any of our questions. The truck that was advertised on the web was available (no bait and switch) and was listed at the web site but there to answer any of our questions. Saw the Jeep we had been looking for listed on Tuesday, contacted them and asked for images and to put a deposit down on the Jeep. Got a quick response of the Jeep is not here yet and will let us know when contacted them and asked for images and to put a deposit down on the Jeep. When it arrived on Thursday I was sent images, looked at them and asked for the Carfax and when it would be ready to view. Friday comes and goes, no response. Saturday I contact again and get a response. Find out the person I'm working with has Friday thru Monday off, thats fine but I would have appreciated know that and who I should have been working with in their absence. I was told it would be availible to look at on Tuesday. I let them know a second time that I wanted it. Long story short, they sold it while I was trying to buy it even after telling them two times I wanted to put a deposit down. More

JT was great. I made an appt to look at a vehicle and when that didn't work out he found a better one for me to look at. We hashed out the details and the deal was done in 3 hrs start to finish.
