Mark was outstanding. He was honest and not pushy. He made the experience awesome and easy. Danny was was very thorough and helpful. Best experience with a car dealer EVER. My 2013 Veloster is amazing. Totally love everything about this car and this dealership. More

Jarett is awesome! I came on my lunch break and he made sure to get me in and out of there very quickly. And, when he pulled my car around to return it to me, he noticed some road tar on the side that he s sure to get me in and out of there very quickly. And, when he pulled my car around to return it to me, he noticed some road tar on the side that he spent 10 minutes removing for me in 95 degree whether. Way to go above and beyond! Thanks Jarett! Came into the dealership for a simple oil change and was treated like VIP by Jarett and Tomm. In a time when courtesy and professionalism is in short supply, Jarett and Tomm have shown that excellence in s treated like VIP by Jarett and Tomm. I would definitely recommend Jarett and Tomm in addition to that the service lounge is very well laid out. Refreshments and snacks were available. This is the best by far service I've ever received for my Hyundai when I took it to get maintenance. Hyundai dealerships in Vegas try to get you to buy more service that you don't need. I was on a road trip in Florida and went to this dealership. It was THE BEST I've ever seen. Not to mention the swank waiting room and state of the art WiFi cyber cafe. The attendants were the very best professionalism you could ask for in a dealership. The service adviser Jarett Ziemak was very helpful and polite. I suggest if your in the market for a Hyundai or need service in this area don't hesitate to check this dealership out. :) There motto is The Better Way To Buy - They aren't kidding. This is state of the art, top of the line you can get for the price. Crown Hyundai staff was the most pleasing and educating sales etiquette I've ever seen.
